What is a Reiki Share
A Reiki Share (sometimes called a Reiki Circle) is a gathering where Reiki practitioners come together to give and receive Reiki in a supportive group setting set up by a local teacher.
It’s an opportunity to:
- Practice Reiki: Practitioners can enhance their skills and gain experience.
- Receive Reiki: Everyone participating has a chance to be on the receiving end of healing energy.
- Build Community: It fosters connection and sharing within the Reiki community.
- Introduce Reiki: Some shares welcome non-practitioners, allowing them to experience Reiki for the first time.
- Ask Questions: it gives the opportunity to ask the teacher questions about your practice and allows them to pass on any updated information they have learnt themselves.
Reiki Shares are open to practitioners from all levels and styles and are conducted in a relaxed, non-judgmental, safe environment.
